This is a sewer access that should be covered by a manhole but isn’t. Because the sewage treatment plant is failing under Joe Haley’s management raw sewage is being allowed to flow out onto the ground near villas. The stench is overpowering. Red Frog keeps promising the infrastructure will be fixed but so far the resort is pretty much an open sewer.
It is our opinion at Red Frog Truth that Joe Haley should step down and hire competent management in his place. We understand that Joe Haley probably feels a need to redeem himself after years of mismanagement which created the mess called Red Frog Beach. But rarely is a manager who created a problem the ideal person to lead a troubled organization out of the situation.
